Dear Readers,
You know in our culture, practically nothing is despised as much as being fat. But apparently the disgust with fat is so extreme that a recent Michigan State University survey found college students would rather marry a cocaine user or embezzler than an obese person. The info in this report offers a more thorough understanding of fat, and with this knowledge comes an empowering ability to take control of it. I also offer 12 simple measures against another culprit of bad health: electro-smog. We can do a lot to overcome these threats to our health! Have a great week. -- D.I. Minkoff, MD
