| Greetings,
If you are enjoying the newsletter, please share it. That's how we grow. If you haven't tried our BodyHealth Cleanse I think you'll like it. It is great to do to prepare for the holidays, lose some unwanted pounds, or just a general body energy tune up. One recent user just completed three weeks of this program. She lost 9 pounds and "never felt better. My chronic feeling of tiredness is gone. I am off all caffeine and sugar and don't need these substitutes for real body energy." If that's something you could use, click here for details. Have a great week!

Bed Springs and EMFs: Fact or Fiction?
Hundreds of studies have been conducted to determine if radiation from electromagnetic fields (EMF's) effects human health. Almost all of these studies are focused on EMF's from alternating current (AC), from such sources as household electrical wiring and appliances, and high frequency EMF's, for example, from cell phones.

Have you been misled into thinking that whey and soy are quality proteins? Here's the real scoop.
Do you realize that the proteins from whey (no matter how ultra-filtrated-organic -from non- pasteurized milk- add any adjective you want) and soy are low quality proteins?
Low quality means that our bodies cannot use these proteins very well to make our own body protein. How not very well? Actually only about 16% of whey protein can be used by our bodies to make its own protein and for soy it's 17%. Over 83% gets turned into calories (sugar) and nitrogen waste and not used for building body protein.

Could Constipation be a Killer?
If you have fewer than two bowel movements a day, you can be described as 'constipated' and your body may be filling with toxic debris. A constipated person can be poisoned by their own waste, a state known as autointoxication. Even short- term constipation is not good. Indigestion, gas, bloating, allergies and hay fever, arthritis, and even colon cancer may be signs of autointoxication caused by constipation. Colon cancer is a major concern as it is second only to lung cancer in causing cancer death in the U.S.
What's The Answer?
Dr. David Minkoff will be hosting a free teleconference addressing this critical condition and describing what you can do about it.

Night Time Cocktail
I've been using a night time cocktail for quite a few years that I'd like to pass on to you. It's full of nutrition, calming to nervous system, and gives your body what it needs to do its nightly detoxification.
