Worried You Didn't Get a Flu Shot? Don't! Vitamin C to the Rescue
According to a study presented at the 60th Anniversary Meeting of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI), people who take daily doses of Vitamin C can boost their immune system to protect themselves from viruses and colds.
