Proteins are You
Many people forget that the body structure is made out of protein. Organs, bones, immune cells, most hormones, neurotransmitters, enzymes are all proteins. There are over 50,000 different proteins in the human body. In testing many many people in our clinic we have found that almost everyone is actually not getting enough quality protein to be as fit and healthy as they could be. It doesn't matter if you are a professional athlete, or a couch potato or a chronic fatigue patient. Most likely you are not getting enough protein into your body. Healthy Mothers Make Healthy Babies
If you were going to make a good soup, it would be common sense to start out with a clean pot. That's a no brainer. Consider if you had a pot that had last week's leftovers, with grunge going up the sides of the pot, all crusty, maybe some bacteria and fungus, and decided to make the soup in that pot without cleaning it out first. That would be crazy right? Well, that is what you get if you have a mother, whose body is full of environmental toxins, mercury, pesticides, artificial this and that who gets pregnant. Her body grunge is going to get mixed up in the growing "soup" that is the infant. In fact, she will dump her toxins and concentrate them into the baby. Why do we have an epidemic of autism, ADD, etc? Sick moms make sick babies. If you are considering getting pregnant, I would strongly recommend that you take 6 months to clean up your health. Come into Lifeworks and get on a program to get your nutrition up to snuff and the toxins out of your body and get healthy. Then when you have a baby, he or she will be healthy from the start.
