Greetings!
Welcome to this week's issue of the Optimum Health Report. Optimum health is
the result of healthy living. It's not a one-time goal, but an ongoing lifestyle.

108 Million Gallons of Toxic Chromium-6 to Affect L.A. Water
The March 6th L.A. Times ran an article entitled "PG&E pumps readied as
toxic plume nears river". It goes on to say that "the plume of at least 108 million

Healthy Eating In Parents' Hands
Kids eat what their parents feed them! Here is study from the UK that shows
that the amount of healthy foods consumed by children is directly related to
their parents' choices. Duh!

It's the Thickness Of Your Blood That Will Do
You In
"In any complex fluid - whether it's blood, ketchup, or paint - the thinner it
is, the less work it takes to pump it. Therefore, the thinner your blood, the
easier it is for your heart to pump it around your body, the less the arteries
will have to stretch, and the less injury the arteries will sustain." - Kenneth

What Is A CDSA? Why Would My Doctor Want
Me To Have One?
CDSA stands for Complete Stool and Digestive Analysis. Here's why your doctor
would want you to have one. Do you have bacteria in your colon that produce
an enzyme that could cause you to get breast cancer? Do you have a "leaky gut" that
is the reason for your allergies, brain fog, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or lupus?
Do you have an overgrowth of yeast that is causing fatigue, anxiety, or depression?
Good nutrition and digestion are necessary for optimum health. - D.I. Minkoff, MD learn
