Recent study shows that none of the people tested met their daily requirements of nutrients by diet alone
To promote optimal health and avoid chronic illness the body must be supplied with essential nutrients. These include vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, essential fats while maintaining an adequate supply of calories. Recently, seventy diets from an array of athletes and sedentary people were analyzed and in all of these individuals, their diets fell short of meeting the recommended 100% of RDA (Recommended Daily Allowances) of nutrients. An elderly gentleman had serious hearing problems for a number of years.
