For you chocolate lovers, Runners World Magazine this month had a nice article about how healthy cocoa is for you. It is full of antioxidant chemicals called phenols and flavinoids that help recovery after workouts, and guard against heart disease and cancer. Cocoa is more than two times better than red wine or green tea. So on these cold winter days, brew yourself a cup and know there are good things in it for you. Industrial compounds, pollutants, and other chemicals
"In a study led by Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, in collaboration
with the Environmental Working Group and Commonweal, researchers at two major
laboratories found an average of 91 industrial compounds, pollutants, and other
chemicals in the blood and urine of nine volunteers, with a total of 167 chemicals
