Letter from the editor
I don't know about you, but everywhere I look I am inundated with information
about health. At every turn, there are billboards, radio, television, email: "Do
this, do that, don't do this, don't do that, this is good for you, this is
bad for you" Feeling confused? Absolutely. So why The Optimum Health Report
? Is this just another one?
No. No. No. -

Target: The "American
Housewife"
The belated goal of all psychiatric treatment is a condition called "depersonalization." So
it is with any other form of torture. Depersonalization is accomplished by
stripping away all of the woman's personal support facilities and mechanisms,
by force, and thus proving to the individual woman that she has no control
and will never regain any control over the body or its mind and by causing
a "spiritual displacement." In the end, she is not and cannot be herself. -

Day
In the Sun
A deficiency not an excess of sunlight (low Vitamin D) may be linked to melanoma, And
sunscreens, being full of toxic chemicals, while preventing burning, may be very
damaging to our cells.
But artificial tanning has now been proven to increase the risk of
deadly melanoma. According to the Oct 15 Associated Press article, an
eight year study of more than 100,000 Scandanavian women between 30
and 50 years old increased their risk of melanoma by 55%. These were women over 30, who salon tanned once
a month or more. But women under 30 who sun bed baked once a month or more,
increased their likelihood of developing melanoma by 150%! And hair color did
not matter. So beware of sun tanning beds!
The real sun is good for you. Try
to get 30 minutes every day. Avoid burning. Avoid direct exposure
between the hours of 11am and 1pm when the sun's uv exposure is the highest.
Avoid sunscreen, unless you must be in the sun and can't cover up. - David

Symptoms
and Complications from Silicone Gel Breast Implants
In this article you can see how many physical problems women have who get these
implants put in. This is the tip of the iceberg.
My dad used to tell my sister, "your breasts aren't ornaments! If you parade
them around like a Christmas tree you are demeaning yourself. They are for
feeding your children. Use them for that!" Women who have bought into the psychiatric
model are depersonalizing themselves. And of course men have long ago bought
into this and even demanded it. The watchword of the cult of being a body is: "I
am not me, I am a body." This is a very low emotional state. If you want attention,
give up being a body or an object and try being "interested" and see how more
effective it is at attracting a really good man.

of women by the psychiatric industry.
The
Ethics of Electroconvulsive Therapy
There are some psychiatrists who have some guts and aren't anti mankind and
will speak up against the crimes of their profession. Bravo to these two. -
