A Diet Program for those with strong faith!

And sure enough, on the eighth time around the block, there it was!

Bananas vs. Apples
When you compare a banana to an apple, the banana has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods. Maybe an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but a banana a day keeps your health at an “A.”
