Should you check your environment for toxic lead?
As you are probably aware, lead is one of the
most potent toxins, even at very low dosages, that are
known to man. There is no safe level. Our
environment has been thoroughly contaminated with
lead and sometimes in some of the most
unsuspecting places, like children's toys. This is so
much the fact that I think it is very important for
everyone, including children, to have a blood test for
lead done annually to see if you have a source of lead
contamination that you are not aware of. Lead causes
all manner of pathology in the body including lowered
IQ, hyperactivity, learning disorders, high blood
pressure, anemia, kidney failure, heart failure, chronic
fatigue, sleep disorders and possibly even cancer.

What is the best way to predict heart disease?
Easy. Measure your waist. It is a better way of
predicting the risk of heart disease than your actual
weight, according to researchers at the University of
Texas Southwestern Medical School. The study
included 2744 people, with median age of 45 years.
Using MRI and CT scan they looked for early signs of
clogged arteries. They found that waist circumference,
not body weight, was the best predictor. The results
showed that the smaller the waist size in both men
and women the lower the risk of heart disease.

Are You Allowing Your Children to Be Brainwashed?
Most children watch too much TV. It's often a
convenient babysitter for a busy mother or father. As
children are easily addicted to its messages they then
demand it when they are bored, tired, hungry or need
attention. So it becomes an easy solution. But,
children like adults turn into zombies with television. It
lowers IQ and turns the viewer into a hypnotized
vegetable. The images pour in, generally unfiltered
and unanalyzed, such that the child cannot distinguish
between what is real and what is imagined. The
hallmark of sanity is to be able to tell this difference.
So one gets a distorted sense of reality and thereafter
sane judgment is impossible.
