New Study Finds Tea Reduces High Blood Pressure

I never really expected to write a letter like this. For 25 years I have been taking vitamins, herbs, creams, pastes, injections, seeing chiropractors, reading books, and trying many old, new, and offbeat solutions for health and fitness. None of these has ever actually made me feel any better or different. I did them because they sounded like they would be "good" for me. learn
