In my opinion, the best solutions result in restoration of health and ability and sanity. The gateway to these solutions is in good nutrition and dietary supplementation, daily exercise, sunshine, good sleep and a loving environment. Those who say otherwise have an agenda that may be bought and paid for by someone having an interest that is not the best for you.
