The top fives things to do if you want to be healthy.. and one thing not to do.
1. Eat organic and fresh with pure water combined with quality nutritional supplements.
2. Get enough sleep.
3. Get sunshine daily.
4. Tend to your relationships and get rid of negative people in your life.
5. Exercise daily.
AVOID ALL PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
The last one is almost as important as the first five. The top two reasons for death in the US (vascular disease and cancer) is contributed to by the first five, but the third leading cause of death is the last one. It may be even more than the first two but the statistics are hard to define.
Why are drugs so dangerous?
- Drugs are toxins and cause damage to body tissues.
- Drugs block normal processes from working.
- Drugs tie up detox systems so that they are then unavailable to fight environmental toxins.
- People taking one drug are very likely to be put on a second drug, often to combat the side effects of the first one.
- Drugs contribute to bone loss. Prednisone, procardia, norvasc, Prilosec, Prevacid, Nexium, Clelxia, Zoloft, Prozac and Paxil all can.
- Those people who had used proton pump inhibitors for more than a year for heartburn like Prilosec had a 44% higher risk of hip fracture.
- Drugs cause nutritional deficiencies that lead to other problems including bone loss, memory loss, hormone dysfunction, and heart irregularities.
- Drugs can impair mental function and can cause brain fog, memory loss, uncoordination, and visual problems.
- Drugs can cause sleep problems.
- Drugs can block symptoms and allow underlying diseases to progress to a point where they cannot be easily taken care of except by extreme measures or more drugs.
