It's the Thickness Of Your Blood That Will Do You In
"In any complex fluid — whether it's blood, ketchup, or paint — the thinner it is, the less work it takes to pump it. Therefore, the thinner your blood, the easier it is for your heart to pump it around your body, the less the arteries will have to stretch, and the less injury the arteries will sustain."
— Kenneth R. Kensey, M.D., The Blood Thinner Cure
How do you reduce blood viscosity? (Be sure you clear this with your doctor first.)
• Adequate amounts of good water.
• Carlson's Fish Oil with Omega 3 fats. Usual dose is 1-2 tablespoons per day.
• Enzymes like Vascuzyme. These should be taken on an empty stomach. Usual starting dose is 5 tablets, 3 times a day.
• Nattokinase (an enzyme that decreases blood clots), 1-2 per day.
• Garlic
• Vitamin E
• Ginko Biloba
• EDTA chelation (I.V. and oral)
Heart disease is preventable without drugs. Discuss these options with your alternative physician and work with him or her to "wean yourself off of mama pharma's sour milk."
