Tap Water Have you had your tap water tested? You might be getting a lot more than you bargained for!
In many parts of the country the drinking water has a lot more in it than water, fluoride and chlorine disinfectants, at least according to the Environmental Working groups analysis of records in 42 states. They found that 141 unregulated chemicals plus another 119 for which the EPA has set health based limits. These included disinfection byproducts, copper, arsenic, barium, chloroform and nitrates. The most contaminates were found in the water of California, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Florida, The sources of the chemicals were agriculture, industry and urban developments.

Testing your water will tell you what is coming into your house and what you are showering and bathing in. What is probably a more prudent is to put in a whole house water system so that the shower water and drinking water are free of chemicals, pesticides and heavy metals. Good systems are in the range of $3000-$5000. There are many private companies who can do this and there is no question that it gives you better water and softer skin. For those in the southern California area the best system I have seen can be gotten from Zvi Bieringer. Phone 888 883 6023. www.advancedaquasolutions.com
At the same time, I take Body Detox, BioBuilde, BodyHealth Complete + Detox daily to help my body to process the chemicals it does intake and thereby keep the body from getting toxic.
