How are you sleeping?
Did you know that in the past five years, usage of sleep medication has increased by 60%? It’s the very successful brainwashing of the population with advertisements selling drugs that can’t deliver what they promise, but do in the meantime addict people to them.
The successful selling of “it can be fixed with a pill” has entered every facet of our lives, including sleep. When the glossy ads and 1 minute clips promise nirvana sleep, it makes people feel like they are missing something. Its no different than the promise of a nice high from cocaine or heroin that then leads one into the horrors of drug addiction and a damaged life.
MAKING DRUGS A SOLUTION FOR ANYTHING BUT THE VERY OCCASSIONAL TRUE EMERGENCY IS FALLICY.
The sleep patterns of people are as unique as people. Some need more, some need less. Some can nap successfully, some can’t.
Nutrition plays a big part in sleep and so does exercise. Insomnia may be due to a deficiency of a key nutrient(s) or a toxic buildup.
Exercise is the antidote to sitting all day and being inside without any fresh air. Getting outside in the sunshine and working up a sweat early in the day is rejuvenating and helps the sleep cycle.
I can almost guarantee that if you are having trouble with sleep and you improve these two things, your sleep will also improve.
I would start by doing the BodyHealth Cleanse for a couple of weeks and make sure you get in the exercise. Wean off all stimulants and artificial sweeteners, colorants, and caffeine or any kind.
Pleasant dreamzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
