Why does San Francisco Bay Area Lead the World in Breast Cancer Rates?
California's Bay Area, specifically San Francisco and Marin, have the highest breast cancer rates in the world, according to the World Health Organization. After accounting for genetic disposition, increased radiation exposure, and excessive alcohol intake, researchers are attributing the other half of the causes to toxins in the environment.
The suspected toxins giving rise to the increased cancer rates are an array of solvents, pesticides, and industrial chemicals that may work together synergistically to damage DNA, mutate cells, and alter cellular interactions.
Researchers suspect toxic chemicals play a significant role in cancer rates because of a simple link: In less developed, non-industrial regions, such as Asia and Africa, breast cancer rates are minimal. On the other hand, in more developed, industrial regions, such as North America and Europe, where chemicals are more frequently used, breast cancer rates are the highest.
About 80,000 chemicals are in the marketplace, with only 10 percent tested for effects on human health.
My Comments:
One does not have to live in the Bay area to be affected by toxins. Yet we can through proper measures reduce the load. First of all I would go to www.nydetox.org and see how the New York fireman are doing it. Spend a couple of weeks on this program for a good cleanout. This will greatly reduce your total body burden of chemicals, toxins, and heavy metals. Also, start using Body Detox.
Take 4-8 sprays at bedtime to assist you body in detoxing the toxins that you absorb each day from simply being alive, breathing and eating. You can order Body Detox online at www.BodyHealth.com or 1-877-804-3258.
