Could Lipoic Acid improve your health?  Lipoic acid has been touted to slow aging, remove heavy metals, improve circulation, and enhance immune function. It even diminishes wrinkles. Recent experimental evidence from the Linus Pauling Institute suggests that Lipoic acid does restore the level of the protective antioxidant and detoxification compound called glutathione to youthful levels.
