Can food allergies cause hypertension?
Hypertension is a problem for many people. One cause that is often overlooked is the contribution of food allergies to this problem. Often the most allergenic foods are protein foods such as eggs, soy, beef, and nuts. If you wish to discover if allergies to these foods are a significant part of your high blood pressure try this:
For 5 days:
1. Eat only organic fruits and vegetables in amounts to keep you from being hungry.(no corn, no potatoes, no soy, no
nuts)
2. Take BioBuilde as the sole protein source. For women 6 tablets 3x a day. For men 10 tablets 3x a day.
3. Take your blood pressure each day.
4. Drink at least 1/2 oz of water per pound of body weight.
5. If your blood pressure is reduced after the five days begin to add one food back in every 2 days and see if something increases your blood pressure. Many will find that certain foods are the culprit.
This is not medical advice and any person considering this should do it under the supervision of their doctor
