The Third Most Important Health Killer in the World

Each year the average American drinks over 60 gallons of soft drinks.

Except for the closing miles of an Ironman marathon, I don't drink any, and most of my friends are likewise. Some are making up for us and keeping that average as what it is. 60 gallons of soft drinks per year equals extra poundage with likely high blood sugar, high blood pressure, vascular disease, increased heart attack risk, etc.

Most soft drinks contain high fructose corn syrup.

High fructose corn syrup is poisonous and even if you are drinking the low cal variety, the artificial chemical sweeteners they contain are poisonous too. Due to these trends, we have an epidemic of diabetes in 10 year olds and they are showing artery plague buildup as if they were 60 years old. This has never in history been true. It's their lifestyle. Soft drinks, white refined grains, fried foods, no fruits and vegetables, no exercise, and 20-40 hours a week of TV and video games.

Wake up America but not with sugar and caffeine!

An average can of any soft drink contains 10 teaspoons of sugar. This is the total amount that should be consumed in a whole day, yet it comes in within 15 minutes. Shortly thereafter your blood sugar spikes, this causes an insulin spike and floods the cells with sugar.

This sugar gets converted to fat. If caffeine is present, adrenalin is stimulated, the eyes dilate, blood pressure increases, heart beat increases, and your liver dumps more sugar into your blood stream.

The brain goes on alert with a flood of dopamine- and a flight or fight stress reaction is chemically induced. Within an hour or two the blood sugar crashes. Now one feels tired again or foggy and its time for another coke . . .

Here is my morning wake up routine. It's loaded with nutrition and will keep you going for 3-4 hours without hunger, low blood sugar, and contains an arsenal of nutrients that will keep your body running full bore and producing in a healthy purr.

10 Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) tablets with water.

1 ½ cups of frozen organic blueberries

5-10 baby organic carrots
