Heart disease is the number one killer in the U.S.
This study shows that combining exercise with supplements is better than either alone.
A combination of moderate exercise and dietary supplements may be the best way to cut the risk of heart disease, research suggests.
But what supplements?
In the study supplements were the amino acid L-arginine, and antioxidant vitamins C and E. But I wouldn't stop there.
Here is my suggested BASIC program:
Beyond Chelation 1 packet daily.
Vitamin C 1 gram 3x's a day
1 tablespoon of Carlsons Fish oil daily
Vascuzyme 5 tablets twice daily (without food) This is a proteolytic enzyme to reduce inflammation, and reduce blood viscosity.
Oxitrol (has Vit C,E, Lipoic Acid, Selenium, CoQ 10, NAC, Grape seed) take 1 twice a day.
Tocotrienols E (Pure Encapsulaitons) 1 daily.
Cal Mag Sport 1 tablespoon daily (extra magnesium and calcium)
