For all the students cramming for big tests, for all the baby boomers who stop
in blank embarrassment trying to recall whether they're headed for the coffee
pot or the potty, for all of us who can't conjure up the names of people we know
we know, new help is here - and it's gone high-tech.
Some aspects of memory relate to nutrition. Fast food and diet cokes
don't make for healthy brain cells. Brain toxins aren't good either,
like mercury, pesticides, solvents and such.
Want to see what mercury does to a brain cell? Go to http://commons.ucalgary.ca/showcasetv/mercury .
Think that the mercury in your mouth, that daily moves into your brain
is helping your memory? Think again.
So detoxify. See Detoxify or Die by Sherry Rogers for more data on
this.
Drugs, all drugs, are bad for memory. Work with your alternative doctor
to wean you off of them.
In the article are some fun activities to keep your memory challenged.
Remember (if you can) what you don't use, you lose.
