A LifeWorks Wellness Success Story From Chronic Low Energy and Back Pain to Full Health I wanted to write down this story so that anyone who reads this can have hope again for markedly improving their physical condition. I had chronically very low energy and chronic back pain for over five years. I had extensive chiropractic adjustment, which helped a lot, but my back would start to relapse despite the care. I saw Dr. Springer originally because I had such low energy. I had visited quite a few very respected nutritionists (both local here and in California) and had not been able to handle my low energy. It was as though I was half dead, especially in the afternoons. I did the colonics with Gwynn (she made the colonics sessions so easy and natural that I lost all aversion to doing this after the first session) as a component of the treatment for my low energy and resolved what Dr. Springer calls the “leaky gut syndrome.” I tell you, I haven't felt this energetic in over 20 years! The other day, I worked from 5 am to 9 pm at night with only a 15-minute break for lunch and about one hour for dinner. I'm still going strong. And I'm losing weight and eating less too. Before I always had to be careful when getting out of bed, standing after sitting, or getting out of the car. I only casually mentioned to Dr. Springer about my back problem, not even knowing he was a chiropractor. He measured my hip height, inserted a lift to put in my shoe, and gave me only three adjustments over about a month period. Well, the back is healing up nicely now and has steadily gotten stronger and stronger. I can even lift things now that before I always had to avoid. The end result is that my back is on the mend for the first time in years and my energy level is way up.
