If You’re Being Threatened to Vaccinate
If you are being threatened to vaccinate your child, take a look at this. We received this letter from a parent, who wrote this heartfelt letter, after the authorities told him that unless his six year old son got vaccinated within 30 days, he would be kicked out of school. This letter was accepted as valid, and the child was allowed to stay in school.
This is very good and if you are in the predicament, you’ll find it useful.
To whom it may concern:
We are in receipt of a letter from you requesting information regarding our decision to not vaccinate our son.
As a point of background: our family heritage, culture and current religious practice represents three different religions, and thereby religious beliefs and philosophies, that are very important to us, and as a sum are in constant use by our family on a regular basis.
We maintain strong and intense religious beliefs on the subject of vaccinations, which applies to all vaccinations for our children.
As part of our religious beliefs, we reject any and all foreign and non-natural substances unless there is a dire medical emergency. This is part of a very core value for our family that we have spent many years practicing.
Further to this point, our scriptures help guide us in the following personal religious and philosophical beliefs:
We believe in God, and that God has created us in His likeness. In being created in God’s image, we were given bodies which He commanded us in the Holy Bible to keep clean, pure and chaste. We are required to keep this wonderful gift, our human bodies, in good condition, and not to swallow or inject anything into it that would be unclean or diseased. We believe it is sacrilegious and a violation of our sacred religious beliefs to violate what God has given us by showing a lack of faith in God. Immunizations are a lack of faith in God and His plan for the care of our bodies. We believe it is morally wrong, and against our religious beliefs to receive a vaccination either for ourselves or for our children.
Further, vaccines are made in violation of God’s Word. Vaccines are made with toxic chemicals that are injected into the bloodstream by vaccination. All vaccines are made with foreign proteins (viruses and bacteria), and some vaccines are made with genetically engineered viral and bacterial materials.
Vaccines are produced in animal tissues. A difficulty arises as we believe in God’s warning not to mix the blood of man with the blood of animals. In addition, some vaccines are produced in aborted fetal tissue.
We believe that all life is sacred. God’s commandment “Thou Shall Not Kill” applies to the practice of abortion. When it is believed that the practice of abortion should not be encouraged or supported in any manner, a conflict arises with vaccines produced in aborted fetal tissue even if one didn’t have anything to do with the abortions from which the vaccines are made from.
To be specific on a couple vaccines, WI-38 was created from the tissue of an aborted fetus and is used for the rubella portion of the MMR-II vaccine. RA 273 was created from the tissue of an aborted fetus, and is used for MMR-II vaccine. A conflict arises because our religious convictions are based on the belief that all life is sacred. God’s commandment “Thou Shall Not Kill” applies to the practice of abortion. The acceptance of these vaccines promotes abortion and violates the Sixth Commandment of “Thou Shall Not Kill”.
We believe that Vaccines pollute the blood stream; Vaccines are created from aborted fetal tissue (murder); Taking fetal tissue into the body is cannibalism; It is unethical to put children at risk by vaccinating; Creating vaccines harm animals; Vaccines may encourage the belief that one is protected from the results of immoral behavior.
From our adopted religious scriptures, there are the following quotes, which we believe implicitly in:
”I believe that inherent in each individual is an innate intelligence, provided by God, which will protect the host environment and provide homeostasis.” “Life and physical health are precious gifts entrusted to us by God. We must take reasonable care of them…” [2288 – Catechism of the Catholic Church 1994]
“The virtue of temperance disposes us to avoid every kind of excess: the abuse of … medicine.” [2290 – Catechism of the Catholic Church 1994]
We also maintain our First Amendment Rights, and such has been upheld in these court cases on this very subject:
[Sherr and Levy vs. Northport East-Northport Union Free School District, 672 F. Supp. 81, (E.D.N.Y., 1987); Allanson vs. Clinton Central School District, U.S.. District Court, Northern District Court, Northern District of New York (84 CV 174), 1984; Campain vs. Marlboro Central School District, Supreme Court Ulster County Special Term, November 15, 1985; Brown vs. City School District, 429 NYS2d 355; Maier vs. Besser, 73 Misc.2d 241].
By making known our convictions and presenting them in writing to you, we are complying with the immunization exemption provisions of NYS Public Health Law 2164, paragraph 9, which pertains to both public and private institutions.
Our son has been extremely healthy and we will not hold any individual or institution liable in the event he may become infected with, or ill from any infectious disease.
Best,
