Current research studies are finding that many of today’s diseases and health problems are linked to a body burden of chemicals, pollutants and toxins. Do this to detoxify and cleanse the body:
Reduce the number of toxins coming in . Drink pure water at least 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight per day. NON-CAFFEINATED HERBAL TEAS ARE OK BUT NO OTHER BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED. Eat fruits and vegetables (organic if possible) in amounts needed to keep you from being hungry. You can eat lots of these, 1-1½ lbs per meal.
